Moonlight Banquet Hall is well-lit with natural light during the day from the skylight — or the moonlight at night. There are various private rooms with sliding doors for privacy. The main entrance doors are also sliding doors.

The capacity of guests at Moonlight is 150 people, per Rakesh. Rakesh is the manager at Moonlight Banquet Hall.
Moonlight provides an in-house speaker system for announcements. General cleanup, such as carpet, dishes, glassware, and spills, is included in the hall rental fee. Service staff, tableware, and
appropriate dinner settings are provided. Moonlight Indian Kitchen and Banquet Hall provides complimentary cake cutting and they serve the cake during the dessert buffet after
the newlyweds cut their cake.
Moonlight offers bartender services for both cash and host bars at an additional cost. Only Moonlight staff members are allowed to serve as bartenders. Outside alcoholic beverages are subject to
corkage fees and must comply with Alberta drinking laws.

Moonlight Banquet Hall serves buffet and midnight snacks. Midnight snack consists of assorted cold cuts, seasonal vegetables & dip, cheese & pickles, various dinner buns & butter, and tea & coffee.
