My mini sessions are $250+GST for 5 digital images.
There is a chance to upgrade to the full gallery of 25 images. If you require more time than 15 minutes, please inquire about a custom session.
1. Say Hello
I have limited sessions left for Edmonton Christmas mini sessions for 2023. Do reach out if there is a date that works for you! (Let me know if you need me to put you on a wait list!)
Once you have scheduled your session, you will be given a contract to sign and an invoice to pay. To book your mini session, the retainer is due upon signing the contract with 48 hours.
2. Schedule it
There is nothing mini about mini sessions! Even mini sessions require planning and this is where I come in. You will be given a session questionnaire -- this helps me understand your children and/or pets better.
You will also receive a link to my style guide. For the Christmas mini sessions at my studio, do stick to light neutrals. If you are opting for colour, go for light pastel colours. Red is not an advisable colour for the pink set. (It will clash)
3. Planning it
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your session. There is a waiting area in front. Do bring snacks for your littles and treats for your pets.
The session itself is 15 minutes long. Once the timer goes, the session ends. We can get A LOT done in 15 minutes. A pre-session guide will be provided to prep your spouse or partner as well as your kids to ensure that your mini family session will go smoother than creamy peanut butter! (Sorry, food pun joke)
4. Your Session
You will select your photographs immediately after your session. Or if you prefer, we can schedule an online reveal session within 7 days.
If you do decide to upgrade to the full gallery of 25 photographs, a 8x8" heirloom album ($700 value) is included with the additional $900 upgrade.
Purchased images are professionally retouched for print.
5. Your Photographs
Cynthia was excellent!! She took photos for our extended family and us, which included 11 people, and was very organized, creative and professional. She gave great suggestions to set up all of the photos which we really appreciated.
It was a relaxed session that flew by! We received our photos in a more than a timely manner and were very pleased with all of the shots. Overall, we could not recommend Cynthia more – she really captured a memorable time in all of our lives. Thank you Cynthia! We will definitely look to hire you again in the future!

When I went seeking for a photographer (with quite the task) Cynthia came eager and ready to take on the task. Rushed Christmas family photos ... with one, three, and five year old children... in the snow. I envisioned beautiful outdoor Christmas trees and snow. This alone seemed like a challenge BUT THEN, I requested that our photos be rushed so we could have them by Christmas.
Cynthia not only did this with a flawless time record to beat, our photos are stunning and I could not be more happy with them. She edited the photos beautifully and seamlessly.
She was patient, loving, and caring with both my shy significant other and our three children when they had enough of the cold and wind.
